Refund Policy

At Laboratory Education Point, we provide digital study materials, courses, and solved papers. Since these are digital products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy to prevent unauthorized access and misuse. Please read the refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

  • All purchases made through the Laboratory Education Point App are final and non-refundable once access to digital content is granted.

  • Since users can only view the purchased content within the App (without downloading), refunds are not applicable once a transaction is completed.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.

  • Failed Access: If a user has made a successful payment but is unable to access the purchased content due to a technical error, we will resolve the issue or offer a refund if the issue is not fixed within 24-48 hours.

  • Incorrect Charges: If an incorrect amount has been charged due to a system error, we will issue a refund for the excess charge.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order ID/Transaction receipt

    • Email or phone number linked to your account

    • A brief explanation of the issue

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the user changes their mind after purchasing.

  • If the user claims they no longer need the material after accessing it.

  • If the user purchases the wrong course by mistake.

  • If the user experiences device compatibility issues (it is the user's responsibility to ensure the App works on their device).

  • If the user violates our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing or distributing content illegally).

5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider’s policies.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected in the App and take effect immediately.
