Welcome to Laboratory Education Point! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our mobile application (the "App") and services. By using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms

  • Laboratory Education Point provides digital study materials, courses, and solved papers for students pursuing DMLT & BMLT.

  • The materials available in the App are for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for formal education or professional certification.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

  • To access certain features, users must register an account with valid personal information.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Any unauthorized access or misuse of an account should be reported immediately.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms, including fraudulent activities or unauthorized content distribution.

3. Payment & Access to Digital Content

  • Our App offers paid digital courses and study materials, accessible only after successful payment through Instamojo or other secure payment gateways.

  • Payments are non-refundable, and users are encouraged to review their purchases before completing the transaction.

  • Once payment is processed, users will gain access to the purchased content within the App only—there is no option to download the materials.

  • If access is not granted due to technical issues, users must contact customer support for assistance.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital content once access is provided.

  • In rare cases, if a user is charged but does not receive access, they must report the issue within 24 hours for resolution.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

  • Users must not share, resell, or distribute purchased content.

  • Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of our materials will lead to account termination and potential legal action.

  • Users must not engage in activities that compromise the security, integrity, or performance of our App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All study materials, notes, solved papers, and other content available on the App are the intellectual property of Laboratory Education Point.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide accurate and reliable content, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of study materials.

  • We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or losses arising from the use of our content.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for accessing the digital content.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • User data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, users consent to data collection practices necessary for providing a seamless experience.

9. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once updated on the App.
